w_ita-newcode_institute_logAttend this two day introduction to New Code NLP created and developed by John Grinder, co-creator of NLP and Carmen Bostic St Clair.  At this event you will be introduced to the core principles of New Code NLP as a set of patterns to create change in your state, activate new and more resourceful behaviours and have better quality experiences in whatever area of life you choose.

At this introductory workshop explore how New Code NLP began as a pattern for individuals to activate personal change independent of having a coach.  You will learn to use NLP autonomously and begin to develop skills to Be Yourself Coach.

In an experiential learning environment you will practice techniques to help you shift whatever state is holding you back – fear, anxiety, unmotivated as some examples ... into states where you are performing at your best and achieving the outcomes and goals you want.

This workshop is excellent for people that do presentations and public speaking, sales and provide customer service, lead teams, teach and train others, parent and/or work with youth.

Learn how to quickly change your state to perform better in any context
Learn techniques to operate at a level of HIGH PERFORMANCE
Resolve issues from the past, make better decisions, overcome fears and change behaviours
Access new behaviours that are a better match with your higher intentions
