8.    Discover your ideal mind+body state to be an effective and engaging trainer.

What makes this workshop different?

Many people attend workshops and say they learned a ton of new information, loved the experiential learning and see how using the tools in real life will enhance their performance.  However, many people don’t get a chance to apply all the skills they learn at workshops. 

Now, in my humble opinion the difference that makes the difference in average and excellent performance is when the ‘rubber hits the road’!  My point being, if new skills are not applied soon after they are learned, well you know the saying ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it’. 

So ... in addition to sharing the BEST OF THE BEST tips, I’ll be hosting free online group coaching session**  for all attendees!  Details will be provided upon completion of the workshop to all attendees. (**FREE online group coaching is Not included with St. James-Assiniboia Cont. Ed workshops.  Private 1:1 business coaching can be arranged for an additional fee)

Some of what you will do at this dynamic workshop:

• Identify the specific teaching points within your chosen topic, the format and time required for delivery of the material.
• Organize your content using a step by step process that helps you to determine what method you will use to deliver each teaching point.
• Learn how to create an effective demonstration that will provide attendees with a model for how to complete real-play group exercises. 
• Design individual and group exercises that are impactful, engaging, and timed just right.    
• Learn how to effectively utilize various presentation mediums such as flip charts, PowerPoint presentations,workbooks, online materials, handouts and more. 
• Discover the structure of, and begin to create stories and metaphors to teach content at the unconscious level in a fun and engaging way.
• Understand the different learning styles and find out how to design your workshop to match the various ways so people learn best.
• Learn the different ways to market to the public and discover which methods will produce results.
• Discover the importance of how your performance ‘on-stage’ is just as important as the quality of your material.
• Begin to understand the inner workings of your mind+body so that you can access a physiological and mental state to perform excellently each and every time you step up to present!
